About us

Tank Space is a collaboration between Lindsey and Jenn of The Can Van, the world’s first and longest-running mobile canning service, and Adam, sommelier and owner of Proof Cocktails. Working together since 2016, the three were often faced with difficulty finding a host co-packing facility that had all the licensing, equipment, project flexibility, and attention to detail that was needed to create the quality products both businesses strove for. One canning day, while cocktail rained down on them from yet another tank not suitable for carbonation, the team decided to build a production facility of their own, and Tank Space was born. 

As small business owners and entrepreneurs, Adam, Lindsey, and Jenn know how hard it is to launch a brand and succeed in the market.
